Search Engine placement service.

All hosting includes consulting and programming of special "meta" tag codes by which search engines will categorize a property's web site for better response from search engines, as well as automated submission to over 750 search engines into their travel category sections.

Basic Design Services:

$300.00 US per year: Basic web presence includes basic hosting available only to properties with six rooms or fewer and desiring six pages or fewer.

Full Design Services:

TMM can design your property's web site. Our rate is $42.50 US per half hour. Many pages take less than 1/2 hour to program. Typically, one can expect two to three pages per hour. We have designed four bedroom properties with simple graphics in as little as four hours time. Most web sites take between five and ten hours to design for properties under ten rooms. Extensive detail will merit closer to ten hours. We bill in one-half hour increments because often future maintenance of a web site can require only small amounts of time as one adds or deletes seasonal or weekend specials. Remember, TMM can design the initial web site and hand over maintenance to the property owner. We have been successful at designing templates for special sections of a web site that the property owner can maintain if he or she desires. We can host one's site or design for hosting on a server of one's choosing. We can re-design and / or re-deploy an existing web site as well. Please feel free to contact us for an estimate.

Full Web Site Hosting $450.00 US per year:

One or up to 4 domain names responding to the same web site (separate fee per name payable to the responsible internet domain name authority.)
Includes quarterly automatic submission to over 700 search engines. (Normally $65.00 US)
Linked listing on above directory sites (normally $155.00 US)
Unlimited SecureFTP access to one's web site. (This allows one to maintain one's own web site for major and minor revisions should one choose to do so.)
Email addresses forwarded to a private address. This allows a property owner to target market certain conventional advertising marketing areas. For example, one might place a special email address in a specific publication in order to determine the advertisement's effectiveness. (This can also be accomplished by placing a specific web site address such as http://one's inn.com/yellow page ad.html and tracking traffic to that particular page.)
Up to 30 megabytes of Unix server disk space and 750 megabytes of average daily download per month. (This is an extremely generous figure, we just have to put a limit somewhere.)

Explanation of terms and services.

It is assumed that all text for the site would be provided to Third Millennium Marketing , LLC ® in electronic form. One custom designed web logo of the company is scanned from an existing logo; this is included in the initial design fee. Navigational "buttons" and their design are included in the initial fee.

The total overall size of the site may not exceed 5 megabytes of disk space without additional charge. Since the standard size of a web site is fewer than 1.5 megabytes, this is typically more than adequate. Total average download per month is limited to a total of 750 megabytes on average per month without additional charge. Simply put, this allows approximately 25 visitors per day , each of whom looks at every single page and graphic on your site. This is a very generous allowance, even for extremely highly trafficked web sites.

An email "bounce" is an email address at your domain forwarded to a private email account of your choosing. This is useful for keeping a business email address separate from a personal email address and allowing you to access the account in your usual manner from your usual internet access. Therefore the account is maintained at your internet access provider. An email account can also be set up on your internet domain with the user able to administer certain settings. This requires email to be accessed by contacting your domain's mail server with a separate internet access account. Email aliases per account are limited to 10 addresses per account.

A monthly site traffic report can be provided to you via the Internet. The company can access this log over its own web connection. The report will be reset every 45 days or so and at no time will there be more than 60 days of history logged. This report can provide a company with valuable information regarding from which network the visitor is coming. It can also tell the company who is electronically referring the visitor to the company's web site. Furthermore depending upon which search engine is used, the key search words the visitor entered to search for the site, can be logged. Once the initial set up of this log is completed, maintenance is included in the annual hosting fee.

Quarterly automated multiple (over 750) web search engine submission is recommended and included in the annual fee. Keyword search development consulting is included in the basic hosting fee.

Secure FTP access to Linux server is available and included with unlimited sub-directory creation, however, please be reminded of the 30 megabyte limitation.

All initial payments for design must be received before design is begun. Annual hosting fee is payable upon the customer's approval of the design of the initial web site.

Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® reserves the right to refuse advertising without explanation. Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® will not participate in or allow its customers participate in or to generate unsolicited bulk email, also known as spam. Customers of Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® will suffer immediate termination without refund of any moneys paid to Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ®, at Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® 's option for violation of this strict bulk email policy.

Additional domain names require a fee paid to a domain name registration authority.

Service will be discontinued for non-payment of invoices to Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® after 45 days from the date of invoice. Service can be re-instated with payment for services rendered and to be rendered for the amount of invoice plus 1 ½ % service charge per month additional terms and conditions apply. A contract between Third Millennium Marketing, LLC ® and your company will always supersede this schedule.
